Key Requirements
- CA / MBA Finance / Techno-Commercial background.
- Experience in commercial agreements and contracts for Solar EPC projects.
- Robust contract negotiation, financial and commercial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review EPC contracts and commercial agreements.
- Manage client billing and vendor contracts.
- Monitor project commercial compliance.
- Handle contractual claims and variations.
- Support project profitability and risk management.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
