Key Responsibilities

Commercial Scheduling

Schedule of booked commercial spots in Logs, additions & in revised logs, consumption as per available FCT, ROS time band, Sponsorships as per set norms and client requirements like special positions, taking care of same client, same product.

Log Generation

Scheduling all events (content, promos, commercials, fillers, secondary events) in log,

Following TRAI guidelines.

Executing all changes in commercial segments, time bands, promos based on channel strategy & time management and sending them to transmission

Coordination

Coordination with functions as per the defined schedules: Programming, Marketing, Sales Coordination, Transmission

Post Telecast Audit

Billing Clearance of National, Sports, Zee Media and International Channels as per the commercials telecasted through ASRUN report and highlighting possible discrepancies for resolving billing queries.





Providing dropped commercial reports to sales coordination

FPCs

Timely updation of alloted no. of channel's Master/ Daily FPC received from channel in BMS for commercial booking and Final updation of any last moment changes for correct billing.

Shifts

Handling queries in shifts regarding Programs TBA, commercial slots not booked, Content unavailability, duration mismatch, technical problem etc and making Time management post log generation changes. Providing pending detail and replacements

Job Requirement

Skills

Email understanding - MS Office, Thorough knowledge of MS Excel

Ideal Profile

Graduation with Minimum 1-year computer diploma from reputed institute.

2-3 years of experience in broadcast traffic team (excluding news channel experience, sales coordination, channel planning)
