We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of Anshu Frozen Delights & Icecream, a growing frozen food and ice cream distribution business.

The candidate should have practical experience in accounting, GST, billing, inventory reconciliation, receivables/payables and bank transactions. Experience in FMCG, distribution, wholesale or retail businesses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, credit/debit notes and expenses.
- Maintain customer-wise outstanding and credit accounts.
- Track collections and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain supplier/vendor accounts and payment schedules.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain stock records and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Reconcile distributor/company statements with actual transactions.
- Prepare GST-related data and coordinate with the CA for GST filings.
- Handle TDS and other statutory accounting requirements, wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, receipts and payments.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and collection reports.
- Assist management with profitability, outstanding and inventory reports.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.

Required Skills
- Tally Prime / Tally ERP
- MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, basic reporting
- GST and basic taxation knowledge
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts receivable & payable
- Inventory accounting
- Sales & purchase accounting
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- FMCG distribution
- Ice cream/frozen food distribution
- Beverage distribution
- Wholesale business
- Retail/supermarket accounting
- Distributor/dealer accounting

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Tally and Excel knowledge is mandatory
