We're looking for an AI Engineer with experience building AI assistants, automation workflows, and enterprise integrations. This role is heavily focused on developing and supporting Moveworks solutions, API integrations, and conversational AI experiences that improve employee self-service and business processes.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents, plugins, and automation workflows.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and up-to-date authentication methods.
- Integrate AI solutions with platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft 365, Teams, Snowflake, Power BI, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, integration issues, and platform performance concerns.
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in software development,



integrations, automation, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, troubleshooting, and system integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Moveworks, or similar enterprise workflow platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of AI/LLM concepts, conversational AI, automation, and enterprise security best practices

Preferred

- Hands-on Moveworks Agent Studio experience.
- Experience supporting AI assistants, chatbot platforms, or enterprise automation solutions.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Power BI, Snowflake, ServiceNow, or Workday integrations.
