- 4+ years of experience in textile, garment, innerwear, hosiery or apparel sales.

- Strong experience in retail sales and distributor/dealer network development.

- Good knowledge of the Pondicherry and Tamil Nadu retail market is preferred.

- Existing contacts with textile retailers, wholesalers and distributors will be an advantage.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Robust negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
