nWe are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for a leading OTC healthcare brand Soframycin with Encube Ethicals.

nLocation: Mumbai Central and Western Mumbai

nCTC: Open for discussion

nTeam Handling: atleast 3 years of team handling experience

nExperience: 8+ years in Pharma OTC / FMCG / Generic Pharma Sales with minimum 3 years of team management experience

nKey Requirements:

nStrong experience in OTC, Generic Pharma, FMCG Pharma, or Channel Sales

nProven track record in handling distributors, semi-wholesalers, and retail channels

nExperience in leading and developing field sales teams

nGood understanding of primary & secondary sales, schemes, margins, and channel management





nStrong market knowledge of the assigned geography

nKey Responsibilities:

n• Drive primary and secondary sales growth across the territory

n• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 sales professionals

n• Manage distributor and retailer relationships

n• Execute marketing campaigns and ensure market visibility

n• Monitor team performance, forecasting, and business planning

n• Ensure effective coverage and execution in the assigned territory
