KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -•

Secondary & Retail Sales Targets: Achieving specific group, product-line, and store-wise sales numbers.•

Counter Share & Product Mix: Expanding the companys share of shelf space and pushing higher-margin premium products at the retail level.•

Retail Visibility & Promotions: Ensuring point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and consumer marketing schemes are properly implemented in-store.•

Dealer Health & Liquidity: Working closely with retailers to transparent existing inventory and maintain a healthy stock rotation.•

Frontline Training: Educating store staff, promoters, and sales reps on product benefits,

features, and how to close consumer sales.Key Competencies:

Analytical, MIS, Retail operations, People management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Graduation, same background.
