Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Operations Executive / Area Executive to oversee store operations across the P N RAO retail network. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, improving store performance, and supporting business growth through effective people management and process implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure effective implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stores.
- Support the Operations Manager in achieving business objectives, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Monitor store performance, including sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Assist in managing store-level Profit & Loss (P&L;) by optimizing operational efficiency and controlling costs.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and customer service excellence.
- Ensure adequate staffing across stores by monitoring manpower requirements for both sales and tailoring teams.
- Mentor, coach, and support Store Managers and store teams to improve operational effectiveness and employee performance.
- Review stock performance, analyse stock-to-sales ratios,



and support inventory optimisation.
- Assist the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for retail operations.
- Manage employee leave approvals and help control attrition through employee engagement initiatives.
- Resolve employee grievances and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer service escalations and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained across all stores.
- Schedule and participate in operational and sales review meetings with store leadership teams.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports on store performance, operational metrics, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational processes and customer experience.

Requirements

- MBA in Retail Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline.
- 6–7 years of experience in retail operations, area management, or multi-store management, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Basic knowledge of retail accounting and Profit & Loss management.
- Good understanding of visual merchandising standards and luxury customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across store locations as required.
