- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a reputed branded company.
- Preferably from Electrical / Electronics / Consumer Durable industry.
- Experience with brands like Havells, Surya, RR, Crompton, etc.
- Strong dealer/retailer handling and market development experience.
- Must be comfortable with daily field visits and travelling across Kota/Hadoti.
- Candidates from unrelated industries are not required.

- Appoint current dealers & retailers.
- Increase sales from existing dealers.
- Generate new customers and orders.
- Daily market visits and relationship building.
