nAbout the Role

nWe are seeking a Design Manager Architect with 6+ years of architectural design experience, specializing in residential luxury villas. This role demands strong architectural expertise exclusively interior design responsibilities are excluded.

nKey Responsibilities

- Project Leadership: Lead architectural design, plotting, and master planning to ensure superior quality and timely delivery.
n
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with sales teams, project managers, and consultants to align timelines and space programming.
n
- Meetings Management: Facilitate project kick off and weekly review meetings with internal teams and consultants to discuss progress and challenges.
n
- Consultant Review: Critically evaluate consultant deliverables throughout various project phases, providing constructive feedback.
n
- Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to Isprava's planning, design, and implementation standards.
n
- Reporting and Proposals: Prepare detailed feasibility reports, design proposals,



and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Cross disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine design concepts.
n
- Regulatory Adherence: Guarantee full compliance with Indian building codes and relevant regulations.
n
- Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, offer technical guidance, and document progress.
n
- Design Solutions: Address design challenges proactively and provide effective technical solutions to construction teams.

- Final Inspections: Supervise snagging and perform final inspections to ensure project completion meets all specifications before handover.

nQualifications & Skills

nEducation:

nMandatory: Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch)

nAdvantageous: Master's in Architecture or Urban Planning

nLanguages:

nExcellent spoken and written English

nTechnical Skills:

nStrong skills in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations

nAdvanced proficiency in SketchUp

nFamiliarity with USGBC and Revit is a plus

nPrior onsite experience preferred

nPreferred:

nExtensive architectural practice experience

nBackground in real estate design management
