Role & responsibilities :-Architect

Strong knowledge of Architectural Planning, Design & Development

Proficiency in preparing 2D Architectural Drawings, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections & Working Drawings

Knowledge of 3D Modeling, Visualization & Presentation

Hands-on experience in AutoCAD

Knowledge of Revit Architecture / BIM

Knowledge of SketchUp

Ability to prepare professional PPTs, Design Presentations &

- Client Presentations Knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Estimation &
- Material Specifications Architectural graphics Good command of MS Office Word, Excel &
- PowerPoint Ability to prepare professional PPTs, Design Presentations &
- Client Presentations Knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Estimation &
- Material Specifications Experience in preparing and handling Tender Documents, Tender Drawings &
- Tender Submissions Knowledge of Working Drawings and Detailed Construction Drawings





Knowledge of Building Materials, Construction Techniques & Specifications Understanding of Building Bye-Laws, Development Control Regulations, NBC & Local Authority Requirements

Coordination with Structural, MEP, Civil and other consultants

Ability to prepare Municipal / Approval Drawings and Documentation

Knowledge of Site Planning, Site Visits & Execution Coordination

Ability to coordinate with Clients, Contractors, Consultants & Vendors

Knowledge of Project Documentation and Drawing Management.
