Role Description The Architect Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the design and optimization of rental-related spaces and systems. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in architectural design concepts, preparing basic drawings and layouts, and contributing to space planning for various types of properties listed on the platform. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user and business requirements,



support integration of architectural considerations into digital tools, and help document design standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities also include participating in project coordination, attending virtual meetings, conducting basic research on architectural trends and regulations, and contributing ideas to improve the user experience and property presentation.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design to support space planning, layout development, and design documentation.
- Ability to collaborate on basic Software Development and Integration tasks, working with technology teams to align architectural concepts with platform features.
- Interest or experience in Project Management, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an ability to learn quickly in a remote workplace.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and work in a multidisciplinary, diverse team.
