Key Responsibilities • Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, space planning, and detailed drawings for diagnostic centres and healthcare facilities.

- Plan efficient layouts for laboratories, sample collection areas, reception, waiting areas, offices, and utility spaces.
- Develop and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, estimates, and project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, fire safety requirements, accessibility standards, and healthcare/laboratory requirements.
- Support renovation, expansion,



and recent facility development projects.
- Identify site-related issues and provide

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
