Architecture That Moves Industry Forward | Industrial & Logistics Architect
nAre you an Architect with 8–10 years of experience who can turn complex industrial requirements into efficient, buildable spaces?
nWe're looking for an Architect – Industrial & Logistics to drive architectural design and coordination across industrial facilities, PEB warehouses, logistics parks, ICDs, warehousing and agri-logistics projects.
nWhat you'll be responsible for:

- Lead architectural concepts and detailed design for large-scale industrial & logistics developments
n
- Drive architectural design for PEB warehouses, focusing on space optimization and operational efficiency
n
- Plan and coordinate interior fit-outs for administrative blocks, offices and control rooms
n
- Prepare BoQs, tender documents and tender drawings
n
- Review DPRs, DBRs, consultant designs and IFC drawings
n
- Evaluate vendors, technical bids, drawings and material specifications
n
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, project management and external design teams
n
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory requirements and industry standards
n
- Conduct site visits, resolve design queries and support constructability/value-engineering initiatives
n
nWhat we're looking for:
n
n
- B.Arch & M.Arch from a recognized institution
n
- 8–10 years of relevant architectural experience
n
- Solid exposure to industrial structures, PEB warehouses, logistics/warehousing and agri-logistics projects
n
- Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD
n
- Revit, SketchUp and Navisworks knowledge will be an advantage
n
- Strong understanding of BoQ, cost estimation and tendering
n
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills
n
