We’re looking for an engineer with 2–4 years of experience to support critical Market Data applications in a Windows environment, with exposure to DevOps practices.

Work Schedule

- Rotational shifts:
- 6 AM – 3 PM IST (2:30–11:30 CET, summer)
- 2 PM – 11 PM IST (10:30–19:30 CET, summer)
- 10 PM – 7 AM IST (18:30–3:30 CET, summer)
- Weekend rotation with compensatory days off

Key Responsibilities
- Pre‑market checks on applications & infrastructure
- Incident management and vendor engagement
- Application troubleshooting & scripting (Python, Perl, PowerShell)
- Market data support for functionality & content
- Runbooks & FAQs for helpdesk teams

Skills & Experience
- Windows troubleshooting + DevOps (GitHub, CI/CD)
- Remote support & vendor coordination
- Strong communication & problem‑solving
- Fluent in English
- Scripting: Perl, Python, PowerShell

Preferred Qualifications




- Market data platforms: Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Factset, Datastream
- Linux familiarity
- Vendor distribution systems: TREP, Elektron, Activ
- Financial industry exposure across asset classes
- Market data industry background
