Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management & Implementation

- Execute the installation, configuration, and successful deployment of the NXRadar platform in both SaaS and secure On-Premise/air-gapped customer environments.
- Assist in the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of platform components like Kubernetes clusters in restricted environments.
- Perform routine management, monitoring, and maintenance of all application and complete infrastructure components (including virtualization, containerization, OS) to ensure maximum availability and performance.
- Assist in platform upgrades, security patching, and infrastructure lifecycle projects as directed by senior engineers.
- Perform routine data migration, backup, and restoration procedures under supervision.
- Provide onsite or remote support for application performance, platform performance, and infrastructure health.

Application & Infrastructure Operation & Support

- Operate core application functionalities and workflows as required by the Customer or as per Scope of engagement defined.
- Operate the application features, or co-ordinate with customer’s team members to achieve core deliverables defined in the service contracts.
- Monitor platform and complete infrastructure health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack, responding to alerts and escalating as needed.
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality, performance, stability, and underlying infrastructure.
- Coordinate effectively with customer IT/Operations teams for required access, system checks, and support activities.

Troubleshooting & Escalation

- Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for reported incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues,



applying a solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers) in our controlled environments.
- Manage and coordinate escalations to the internal Development, Product, and senior Infrastructure teams for complex bugs or issues.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers throughout the support lifecycle.
- Document and track support tickets, resolutions, system changes, and create knowledge base articles specific to our isolated infrastructure diligently.

Education:

Any Graduate degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Essential Technical Expertise

- Solid, demonstrable understanding of Linux administration (command-line proficiency, file systems, service management, basic networking).
- Foundational knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker/Podman) and core orchestration concepts (Kubernetes principles).
- Strong grasp of core networking concepts: TCP/IP, subnets, routing, firewalls, and DNS.
- Understanding of virtualization fundamentals (Type-1/Type-2 hypervisors, e.g., VMware, KVM).
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and alerting principles.

Additional Skills

- Understanding or basic experience with high-level languages such as Python, or scripting in Bash.
- Familiarity with database concepts (SQL/NoSQL) and querying.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments, especially as it relates to SaaS deployment.




- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
- Understanding data backup/restore concepts and tools.
- Previous experience in technical support, NOC, or similar operational role is advantageous.
