As an Application Support Engineer, we are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead – Network to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise networking, application delivery, and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP, F5 Distributed Cloud (XC), Routing & Switching, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cisco Meraki technologies.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive architecture discussions, mentor engineering teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and highly available network solutions across enterprise and hybrid cloud environments. Roles & Responsibilities:

-Technical Leadership

-Lead end-to-end network and security infrastructure projects, including design, deployment, migration, and operational support.

-Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering and operations teams.

-Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technology roadmaps.

-Collaborate with cloud, security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.

-Act as the highest level of escalation for complex technical issues. F5 BIG-IP & Application Delivery

Design, implement, and manage F5 BIG-IP platforms, including:

-Local Traffic Manager (LTM)

-DNS/GTM

-Application Security Manager (ASM/AWAF)

-Access Policy Manager (APM)





-SSL Offloading and Traffic Management

-Configure load balancing, high availability, and application delivery services.

-Perform upgrades, migrations, health checks, and performance optimization.

-Troubleshoot Layer 4–Layer 7 application and network issues. F5 Distributed Cloud (XC)

Design and implement F5 Distributed Cloud solutions.

Deploy and manage

-Distributed Load Balancing

-Multi-Cloud Networking

-Support application modernization and cloud networking initiatives.

-Integrate distributed cloud services with enterprise network and security architectures. Routing & Switching

Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Configure and troubleshoot

-Troubleshoot WAN performance and connectivity issues.

Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki solutions including:

-MX Security Appliances

-MS Switches

-MR Wireless Access Points

-Manage and optimize branch networking through the Meraki Dashboard.

-Implement SD-WAN, wireless, switching,



and security solutions. Operations & Automation

-Create and maintain High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), SOPs, and operational documentation.

-Drive network automation initiatives using scripting and automation tools.

-Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and change management processes.

-Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards. Professional & Technical Skills:

-Robust hands-on expertise with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM/AWAF, APM).

-Experience with F5 Distributed Cloud (XC) deployments and operations.

-Advanced knowledge of Routing & Switching technologies and protocols.

-Strong expertise in Fortinet Secure SD-WAN solutions.

-Experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions.
