- Experience: Minimum 4 years of product management or technical lead experience. You must have a proven track record of delivering two-sided B2B marketplaces, logistics systems, or transactional fintech products from scratch.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of cross-platform mobile frameworks (React Native/Flutter), backend architectures (Node.js/Python), database structures, and AWS cloud management.
- Fintech Expertise: Deep understanding of payment gateway infrastructures, multiparty ledger distribution, webhook management, and escrow configurations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English. Assertive vendor management style with the ability to spot technical delays or "scopestretching" by agencies early.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical equivalent fields.
Work From Office.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
