Role Description The Analytics Team Lead is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing data-driven decision-making across PInterview’s platform and operations. This role involves leading a small analytics team, defining analytical frameworks, and designing dashboards and reports to track user engagement, performance metrics, and business outcomes.

The Analytics Team

Lead will work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify insights, optimize workflows, and recommend improvements to user experience and service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include managing data collection processes, validating data quality, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and presenting findings in clear, actionable formats.



The role also requires mentoring team members, prioritizing analytics projects, and supporting leadership with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including data analysis, interpretation of trends, and problem-solving using quantitative methods.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to present complex information clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, economics, business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms, or similar) and familiarity with metrics for online platforms or edtech services.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
