Position: Alumni Relations Manager

nDepartment: Alumni Relations

nLocation: JIMS, Kalkaji, Current Delhi

nnKey Responsibilities

nnDevelop and maintain a strong alumni network and updated alumni database.

nnBuild and maintain relationships with alumni across batches and industries.

nnOrganise alumni meets, reunions, networking events, webinars, and engagement activities.

nnEngage alumni for guest lectures, mentoring, internships, placements, and industry connect.

nnCoordinate with Placement, Marketing, and Academic teams for alumni initiatives.

nnManage alumni communication through email, WhatsApp, social media, and newsletters.

nnTrack alumni engagement and prepare regular reports.

nIdentify opportunities for alumni partnerships, sponsorships, and institutional support.

nnQualification & Experience

nnGraduate/Postgraduate in Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

n4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in alumni relations, corporate relations, PR, or higher education.

nnExcellent communication, networking, coordination, and relationship-management skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/database management.
