About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and technically strong AI Video Creator to produce high-quality, engaging videos using the latest AI video-generation and editing tools.

This is not a traditional video-editing-only position. We are looking for someone who actively experiments with AI and knows how to turn an idea, script, or marketing message into professional video content quickly.

The ideal candidate understands storytelling, prompting, AI-generated visuals, avatars, voiceovers, editing, motion graphics, and social-media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create skilled videos using AI video-generation tools.
- Convert concepts, articles, scripts, presentations, and marketing messages into compelling videos.
- Generate AI scenes, characters, avatars, images, B-roll, animations, and voiceovers.
- Write and optimize prompts for consistent, high-quality AI-generated video.
- Edit AI-generated footage into polished final videos.
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, sound effects, logos, and branding.
- Produce short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create longer educational, promotional, interview-style, and corporate videos when required.
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple videos and formats.
- Work with scripts and use AI tools to improve hooks, storytelling, pacing, and calls to action.
- Maintain consistent characters, branding, visual styles, and voices across scenes.
- Research and test new AI video tools and workflows.
- Build reusable templates and workflows to increase video-production speed.




- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

We don't expect candidates to know every platform. We care more about their ability to learn new AI tools quickly and combine multiple tools into an effective production workflow. Required Qualifications

- Strong portfolio of videos you personally created.
- Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated video content.
- Excellent visual storytelling and creative judgment.
- Strong understanding of prompting for AI image and video models.
- Good video-editing skills.
- Understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, music, and sound.
- Ability to take a simple idea and independently develop it into a finished video.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable experimenting with rapidly changing AI technology.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating B2B or corporate marketing content.
- Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube content.
- Motion graphics/After Effects experience.
- Scriptwriting and copywriting ability.
- Experience creating realistic AI avatars and consistent AI characters.
- Understanding of social-media algorithms, hooks, retention, and thumbnails.
- Experience creating AI-powered advertisements.
- Basic knowledge of branding and graphic design.
