About the RoleGFF AI is looking for high-potential graduates and final-year students to join us as AI Venture & GTM Analysts.

This is not a conventional sales or business-development internship.

You will work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, market intelligence, enterprise strategy, venture building and go-to-market execution, helping GFF AI identify, shape and commercialise enterprise AI opportunities across India and global markets.

You will work on real AI propositions spanning Agentic AI, Enterprise AI, BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Mining, Education, AI Governance, Digital Twins, Knowledge Graphs and emerging AI ventures.

What You Will DoMarket & Industry Intelligence

- Research industries, markets and emerging AI adoption trends.
- Identify high-value enterprise problems that can be addressed using AI.
- Analyse industry value chains, operating models and technology priorities.
- Develop structured market and sector intelligence reports.
- Track regulatory, technology and competitive developments impacting enterprise AI.

Target Account Strategy
- Identify and prioritise target enterprises across defined industries and geographies.
- Develop detailed account intelligence and company profiles.
- Map CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CAIOs, business leaders and other key decision-makers.
- Identify strategic buying triggers, transformation priorities and potential AI opportunities.
- Develop account-specific hypotheses and engagement strategies.

Competitive & Ecosystem Intelligence
- Analyse competing AI platforms, products, consulting firms and emerging startups.
- Benchmark propositions, pricing approaches, capabilities and differentiation.
- Identify technology partners, ecosystem players and potential strategic alliances.
- Translate competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations for GFF AI leadership.

CXO Proposition Development
- Convert technical AI capabilities into compelling business-value propositions.
- Create CXO-ready presentations, executive briefs, one-pagers and pitch materials.
- Build industry-specific AI transformation narratives and use cases.
- Support development of business cases, ROI hypotheses and commercial propositions.
- Help position GFF AI solutions for enterprise leadership conversations.

Go-to-Market Strategy




- Support development of vertical and geography-specific GTM strategies.
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas and priority segments.
- Build account-based GTM campaigns.
- Support strategic outreach, events, partnerships and market-entry initiatives.
- Help convert market intelligence into qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Track GTM outcomes, customer responses and market feedback.

AI Venture Building
- Identify potential new AI ventures and commercial opportunities.
- Conduct market sizing and opportunity assessment.
- Develop customer, competitor and ecosystem hypotheses.
- Support business model, pricing and product-positioning exercises.
- Participate in customer discovery and validation.
- Contribute to 30-60-90 day venture and market-launch plans.

Highly Valued
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools for research and analysis.
- Exposure to consulting, strategy, entrepreneurship, startups, investment research or business competitions.
- Understanding of enterprise technology or digital transformation.
- Experience developing business cases, market-sizing analyses or pitch decks.
- Evidence of entrepreneurship, society leadership, case competitions or independent projects.

Coding is not mandatory. AI fluency, analytical thinking and commercial judgement are. How We Expect You to Use AIAt GFF AI, using AI is encouraged.

However, we expect analysts to demonstrate:

AI-Assisted Research → Human Verification → Structured Analysis → Executive Insight

Candidates must be able to distinguish between AI-generated information, assumptions and validated facts.

Accuracy, source quality and intellectual integrity are non-negotiable.
