About the Role Alphanso Technology is looking for an experienced and passionate AI Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Rajkot.

We are looking for a developer who has strong hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development and is excited about building modern, scalable, AI-powered applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Laravel, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Python, along with an interest in AI technologies, automation, and intelligent workflows.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Laravel (PHP) — Strong backend development experience
- React.js — Strong frontend development experience
- Next.js — Experience building modern web applications
- Node.js — Backend/API development
- Python — Development and AI-related applications

Important: Candidates must have strong practical experience in both backend development with Laravel and frontend development with React.js and Next.js.

Preferred Skills Experience or working knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

- OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini API integration
- Prompt Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications.
- Build modern,



responsive frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Laravel, Node.js, and Python.
- Integrate AI models, AI APIs, and intelligent automation workflows into web applications.
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs.
- Design and optimize databases for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with the development team to plan product architecture and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Improve existing applications through performance optimization and code enhancements.
- Follow clean coding practices, development standards, and version-control workflows.
- Research and stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and development practices.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to improve products, development processes, and overall technical capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

- 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, React.js, and Next.js.
- Valuable understanding of Node.js and Python.
- Experience developing scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent logical and programming skills.




- Ability to understand requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team — this is mandatory.
- Strong commitment to code quality, best practices, and maintainable architecture.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong curiosity and interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Important Location Requirement ⚠️ This is a strictly on-site position based in Rajkot, Gujarat.

Only candidates who are currently residing in Rajkot or nearby areas and can regularly commute to our office should apply.
