Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer / Lead to build and lead the development of scalable AI,



Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions . The role requires strong hands-on development skills along with technical leadership and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI applications .
- Build LLM, RAG, chatbot, and AI agent solutions.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and model evaluation .
- Design scalable AI architectures and take solutions from POC to production .
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic .
- Build APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, or Flask .
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma .
- Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective .
- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor AI developers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.

Required Skills
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLMs .
- Strong knowledge of RAG, NLP, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI agents .
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks .
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn .
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SQL, databases, and backend development .
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP .
- Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps .
