MyRealProduct is looking for experienced AI engineers who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping others break into AI.

For the past two years, MyRealProduct has helped more than 900 professionals learn by building and shipping real products. Our four-week AI Engineering Fast Track takes students through AI applications, RAG, agents, deployment, evaluations, and LLMOps.

We are now looking for practising AI engineers to coach a small number of students through this journey.

What you’ll do

You will

- Mentor students as they build and deploy their own AI products
- Join two scheduled office-hour sessions each week
- Occasionally answer student questions through WhatsApp
- Review progress, identify blockers, and provide practical technical guidance
- Help students understand how AI engineering works in real production environments

You will not be expected to prepare or deliver traditional lectures. The curriculum, learning path, and wider program support are handled by the MyRealProduct team. This is a coaching and mentorship role. Your job is to understand where each student is stuck and help them move forward.

Who we’re looking for

You may be a good fit if you:

- Currently work as an AI Engineer, Senior AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or in a similar role
- Have practical experience building real AI products or production systems
- Understand areas such as LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents, Python, deployment, and LLMOps
- Can explain technical concepts patiently and in simple language
- Genuinely enjoy helping others grow
- Can commit a few hours each week alongside your full-time role

We want active builders who are still doing the work in their day jobs, not full-time instructors.

Workload and compensation

This is an intentionally flexible, part time opportunity.





Your workload and compensation will depend on the number of students you choose to mentor. You can begin with one student and take on more only when you have the capacity.

If a student requires support beyond the expected workload, the wider MyRealProduct team will step in. You will not be expected to manage everything alone.

Compensation is calculated per student rather than as a fixed monthly salary, allowing your earnings to scale with the number of students you mentor.

His work and story have been featured by the BBC and other international media, and he has delivered AI education through initiatives involving UNITAR and Google. Interview process The process is straightforward:

1. Short application
2. One 30-minute interview with founder Hari Prasad
3. A brief teaching demonstration using a topic provided in advance

For the demonstration, you will prepare a few slides and explain the topic as if you were helping a student understand it. We will evaluate your technical knowledge, communication, empathy, and ability to simplify difficult concepts.
