- Strong programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.)
- Full-stack development skills ability to build complete applications from scratch
- Experience shipping real products (not just side projects or coursework)
- Data handling and visualization working with APIs, databases, creating dashboards
- Integration experience connecting new systems with existing infrastructure and legacy platforms
- Self-directed execution ability to take ownership from idea to deployment
- Problem-solving mindset – you figure things out rather than wait for detailed specifications
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications in production
- Proficiency with React and up-to-date frontend frameworks
- Experience with automation frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
- Application deployment experience (Docker, cloud platforms, APIs)
- Experience building internal tools or B2B applications
- Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Data science or machine learning engineering background
- Experience integrating new technologies with legacy systems
