Role Description This Agentic AI Trainer role is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with a blend of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. The Agentic AI Trainer will design, develop, and refine training content that helps learners understand and work effectively with agentic AI systems and tools. Daily tasks include creating structured learning modules, preparing practical exercises and case studies, facilitating interactive training sessions, and providing feedback to learners on their progress.

The role also involves collaborating with curriculum designers and subject matter experts to keep content aligned with current AI practices, gathering learner feedback to improve training materials, and documenting best practices for using agentic AI in real-world scenarios. The trainer will contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement, ensuring that learning experiences remain relevant, accessible,



and outcome-oriented.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, including agentic AI, machine learning basics, and practical AI applications in education or workforce development.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs or workshops, with the ability to break down complex technical topics into explicit, accessible learning content.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions, respond to questions, and support diverse learners in hybrid (in-person and online) environments.
- Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms, such as learning management systems, virtual meeting tools, and collaborative document or content creation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on evaluating learner feedback, iterating on curriculum, and continuously improving training outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and in small cross-functional teams, manage part-time schedules, and coordinate both on-site and remote responsibilities from Bengaluru.
- Prior experience in education, training, instructional design, or consulting is beneficial; a background in computer science, data science, or a related technical field is an advantage but not mandatory.
