- Recruit and build a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Train, motivate and manage Advisors.
- Drive Life Insurance business through the Agency Channel.
- Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
- Conduct joint field calls and support Advisors.
- Ensure Advisor activation, productivity and retention.
- Build strong relationships with customers and Advisors.
Candidate Requirement:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Sales preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
