Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Affiliate Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Affiliate

Manager will manage and grow affiliate relationships, including onboarding new partners, negotiating terms, and optimizing performance across campaigns. The role involves daily monitoring of affiliate activity, analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements to maximize ROI.

The Affiliate

Manager will coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on offers, creatives, and tracking. The role also includes resolving partner inquiries, ensuring compliance with campaign guidelines,



and contributing to the development of new acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Affiliate Management skills, including partner onboarding, performance optimization, and relationship building.
- Account Management and Communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear, professional interactions.
- Sales capabilities with a focus on negotiating, closing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- Online Marketing experience, including performance marketing concepts and familiarity with tracking tools and analytics.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present performance reports clearly and concisely.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in affiliate or performance marketing in the digital advertising industry is an advantage.
