About the Role We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Technical Trainers who can conduct educational workshops, deliver training sessions, and represent the organisation at schools, colleges, and educational events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, teaching, public speaking, and interacting with students.
Key Responsibilities Conduct technical and educational workshops for students. Deliver engaging training sessions on technology and STEM-related topics. Explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Participate in on-field educational programs and events. Travel to different locations for workshops and training sessions. Participate in and speak in educational videos and digital content. Interact confidently with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
Assist in developing demonstrations, activities, and workshop content.
Technical Requirements Candidates should have: Positive understanding of Physics and basic STEM concepts. Working knowledge of Python. Basic understanding of Electronics and Microcontrollers. Interest/understanding of technology and hardware-based projects. Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills. Confident and well-spoken. Comfortable speaking in front of groups. Good presentation and public-speaking abilities. Energetic and engaging personality. Comfortable travelling and working on-field.

Background B.Sc. BCA B.Tech MCA M.Tech B.Ed.

We're looking for a Technical Trainer with 0–2 years of experience who can turn complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences for students.
We're looking for someone with:
Background in Aeronautics / Aerospace / Aerophysics
Knowledge of Robotics
Working knowledge of Python
Understanding of Electronics / Microcontrollers
Good Computer Science fundamentals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
What you'll be doing
Conduct educational workshops
Deliver hands-on robotics/STEM sessions
Introduce students to aerospace & aeronautics concepts
Participate in educational videos
Conduct training sessions
Work with schools, colleges and educational programs
Experience: 0–2 years
Salary: 25,000–40,000/month, depending on experience
Travel: Travel allowance provided
