Role Description The Admission Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Preet Vihar. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admission process, provide detailed information about courses and programs, and help them choose the most suitable preparation path.

Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, conducting counseling sessions, explaining fee structures and batch schedules, and maintaining accurate records of leads and admissions. The role also involves coordinating with faculty and operations teams,



participating in admission events or seminars, and following up with prospects to convert inquiries into enrollments. The counselor is expected to uphold a student-first approach, ensure a professional and welcoming environment, and support learners in making informed decisions about their education goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to counsel students and interact effectively with families and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the admission process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into admissions, explain program value clearly, and meet enrollment targets ethically.
- Candidates should possess Education-related awareness to understand exam patterns, course offerings, and student needs in competitive exam coaching.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include good organizational and documentation skills, proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, with prior experience in counseling, admissions, or education services considered an advantage.
