Your Role

- Manage and support Active Directory infrastructure across Hyper-V, HPE HCI, Azure, and AWS.

- Provide 24x7 operational support ensuring high availability of AD services.

- Handle user identity and access management (IAM) activities.

- Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Execute reactive maintenance to meet SLA performance targets.

- Monitor system health, performance, and security complianceImplement AD changes, upgrades, and patching activities.

- Support hybrid cloud AD environments and integrations.

- Ensure adherence to security policies and access controls.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for service improvements.
