About the Job

Fingrad is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

● Process and reconcile bank transactions, vendor payments, and customer receipts.

● Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.





● Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

● Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

● Support GST, TDS, EPF and other statutory compliance activities, including documentation and filing requirements.

● Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

● Prepare financial reports and provide data analysis to support budgeting and business decision-making.

● Coordinate with auditors, company secretaries, consultants, and other stakeholders during audits and compliance reviews.

● Ensure adherence to accounting policies, financial controls, and company procedures.

● Perform additional finance and accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field.

● Experience working in a CA firm is an added advantage.

● Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial statements.

● Proficiency in Zoho Books, with the ability to manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

● High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
