Grow Together Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based property and land development business, is looking for an experienced Accounts, Compliance & Operations Manager to run our day-to-day finances, keep us on top of compliance, and manage office operations — including handling phone communication with solicitors, lenders, and council contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations (Xero/MYOB)
- Track ASIC and tax compliance obligations across related entities
- Handle calls and correspondence with solicitors, lenders, council, and other stakeholders
- Oversee general office administration and document management
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or office management
- Solid knowledge of Xero/MYOB and Australian compliance basics (ASIC, BAS)
- Confident, skilled phone manner
- Highly organized and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Property/real estate industry experience a plus
