We're Hiring: Accounts Associate | Tavasya Capital Tavasya Capital is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Associate to manage day-to-day accounting for our Investment Manager entity and the underlying Schemes of our SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). This is a hands-on, frontline accounting role: you'll own transaction-level bookkeeping across multiple sets of books in Zoho Books, keep our ledgers audit-ready, and be the first point of coordination with banks, our custodian, the RTA/fund accountant, and auditors.

Location: New Delhi Full time | 2–5 years' experience Accounting system: Zoho Books What you'll do: Day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books for the IM entity and each AIF scheme Bank reconciliations and coordination with the custodian, RTA and fund administrator GST and TDS compliance support, including return data preparation Support for investor drawdown/distribution accounting and capital tracking Assist with MIS, trial balances,



and statutory/SEBI audit and reporting requirements What we're looking for: B.Com/M.Com in Accounting or Finance; CA-Inter/CMA-Inter preferred 2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally with AIFs, PMS, mutual funds, NBFCs, or a CA firm serving fund clients Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (or a similar cloud accounting platform) Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance High attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the discretion to handle sensitive investor data Why join us: Direct exposure to fund accounting and AIF regulatory/operational processes, in a structured finance function built on a modern cloud accounting stack.
