nJob Summary:

nTo join our team in Ahmedabad, we are now looking for an experienced US Accounting Executive with 3-5 years of experience. You will be an integral component of our accounting department's support team and be responsible for ensuring the correctness and effectiveness of financial operations as a US Accounting Executive.

nResponsibilities:

- Utilize various accounting software to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
n
- Meet tight deadlines while handling multiple accounting tasks for management.
n
- Perform essential reporting duties, including balance sheet reconciliations.
n
- Prepare and upload journal entries accurately and efficiently.
n




- Reconcile bank statements, researching and recording any outstanding cash items.
n
- Leverage strong Excels skills for data analysis and report preparation.
n
- Prepare comprehensive management reports, such as budgets, fixed assets, and more.
n
- Reconcile intercompany balances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
n
- Prepare month-end closing reconciliation files to support timely financial reporting.

nQualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
n
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in accounting, demonstrating robust practical skills.
n
- Experience with accounting/ERP software such as Yardi, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Yardi experience is preferred.
