Job Title: Accountant

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Summary :

Trinetra Ventures is looking to hire an experienced Senior Accountant with strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books, GST compliance, and end-to-end accounting processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounts, statutory compliances, and financial reporting for our restaurant operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Prepare and review sales, purchase, and expense invoicesEnsure timely bank and cash reconciliations.
- Manage GST compliance, including:GST /TDS return filing.
- Input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
- GST audits and notices, if anyHandle vendor payments, expense tracking, and ledger scrutiny.




- Maintain statutory records as per accounting and taxation laws.
- Support management with monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Skills & Experience Required

- 2–3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
- Solid working knowledge of:GST laws and complianceInvoicing, taxation, and bookkeeping TDS (if applicable).
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-location businesses preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
