Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

The Accountant will assist in budgeting and forecasting, prepare financial reports and statements, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The individual will collaborate with internal teams, support audits, monitor cash flow,



and help improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making and cost control.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel) and basic familiarity with financial databases.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and standard accounting principles (e.g., GAAP or equivalent).
- Candidates should possess robust attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/ICWA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within trading, distribution, or IT hardware sectors, will be beneficial.
