Job Summary

Mobile Plaza is looking for a Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and assist with financial record keeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, billing, bookkeeping, and basic accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and accounting records.
- Assist with GST-related work, including data preparation and reconciliation.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare basic accounting reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist senior accounts staff with regular accounting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
- Handle other day-to-day accounting responsibilities as required.

Requirements




- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic to good understanding of GST and accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, billing, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience 0.6 months –2 years of experience in accounting is preferred. Freshers with good practical knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
