Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage AP, AR, GL & bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financials
- Ensure compliance with accounting & statutory norms
- Handle GST, TDS & tax filings; coordinate audits
- Perform financial & variance analysis
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting & forecasting
- Lead month-end & year-end closures
- Reconcile accounts & resolve discrepancies
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
- Coordinate with teams, auditors & vendors
- Supervise junior staff
- Improve processes & internal controls

Key Skills:

- Solid GAAP / IND AS knowledge
- Proficiency in Tally / SAP / QuickBooks & Excel
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- High accuracy & attention to detail
- Good communication & leadership

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
