• Identifying Assigned clients and build relations in order to ascertain business requirements /n • Working on strategic planning for existing accounts /n • Responsible for handling a team of recruiter, lead Recruiters. /n • You will be responsible for review of the consultants before final submission to the client. /n • Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization. /n • Generating requirements from Assigned existing clients. /n • Responsible for getting new leads requirements from existing clients to enhance business relations. /n • Timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission. /n • Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made. /n • Should have knowledge on end to end IT recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening shortlisting interviewing candidates.
/n • You will monitor the productivity of the team members and support for improving the productivity of recruiters. /n • You will be responsible for grooming the trainees assigned to become skilled recruiters /n • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Director. /n • Follow up with the Clients on regular basis /n • Strategic planning & execution. /n • You will be setting goals for the teams and also monitor and review with them and also ensure the productivity of the individual team member is improving. /n • You will be maintaining the client submittal data and delivery data and review it with director operation at regular intervals for working out better strategy.
