- Up to 50 years /n /n Job Summary /n We are seeking an experienced in Accounts to lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing large-scale corporate financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, driving financial planning, and leading a high-performing accounts team. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organization. /n Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets. /n Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and all other statutory regulations. /n Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities. /n Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities. /n Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership. /n Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and fund management. /n Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, internal controls,
