Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
- Entries to be posted in Automobile Software System.
- Prepare and maintain sales & purchase invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
- Real time Vouching in Tally Software.
- Maintain records for Account Receivables & Account Payables.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Insurance and Registration teams for required financial documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of petty cash and daily expenses.
- Verify vendor bills, purchase documents, and supporting documents.




- Assist with GST/TDS and other Statutory related documentation and data preparation.
- Support monthly closing activities and prepare basic MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and senior accountants whenever required.
- Follow company accounting policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Ideal Candidate

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
