KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial

Accounting &

- Reporting

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, reconciliations)

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Monitor loan portfolio accounting including provisioning, interest income recognition, and write-offs

- Review and validate trial balances, ledgers, and closing processes

- Loan accounting, ALM preparation

- Preparation of MIS reporting

2. Treasury &

- Cash Flow Management

- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and fund utilization

- Oversee borrowing, lending, and investment strategies

- Budget preparation &
- Variance analysis

3. Audit &

- Internal Controls

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors

4. Taxation &

- Compliance

- Coordinate tax audits and assessments

KEY SKILLS &

- COMPETENCIES

- Knowledge of loan accounting, provisioning,



and credit risk

- Advanced Excel and financial systems (ERP tools like LMS, LOS, Tally, etc.)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

QUALIFICATIONS &

- EXPERIENCE

- Education: CA Final / CA-Inter

- Experience: 1-4+ years in finance & accounting, with a minimum of 6 months in NBFC or financial services

- Solid experience in regulatory reporting and audits

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Experience in lending businesses (retail loans, MSME, microfinance)

- Familiarity with RBI returns and compliance systems

Exposure to digital lending platforms and fintech environment
