DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record sales, purchase, and expense invoices in Busy Software.
- Pass journal, receipt, payment, and contra entries.
- Generate E-Way Bills and maintain GST-related records.
- Prepare and record credit notes and debit notes.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and perform account reconciliations.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Verify bills, invoices,
and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Stores, Dispatch, and Sales departments for accounting activities.
- Support monthly closing, audits, and statutory compliance.
