Job Summary;

nnWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team at Gold's Gym Fitness Institute (part of Cult.fit). As a Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our certificate courses, including fitness certifications, personal training certifications, and group fitness certifications .

nn Responsibilitie s;

nnSales and Revenue Growth:

nn1. Certificate Course Sales: Converting current sales leads and, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

nn2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting & networking.

nn3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive certificate course sales, including promotional offers, discounts, and bundling.

nnCustomer Engagement:

nn1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting Gold's Gym Fitness Institute's services.

nn2. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best certificate courses for prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

nn3. Relationship Building:



Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

nnSales Administration and Reporting:

nn1. Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.

nn2. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Institute Head, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

nn Requirements;

nn1. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.

nn2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry.

nn3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.

nn4. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.

nn5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness industry, including fitness certifications, personal training, and group fitness.
