Experience: 1–3 years in a preschool/school environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day academic activities of the preschool.
- Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom activities, and academic schedules.
- Monitor classroom teaching and ensure proper implementation of the curriculum.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
- Coordinate with teachers and management regarding academic requirements.
- Maintain academic records and reports.
- Ensure a protected, engaging, and positive learning environment for children.
- Communicate with parents regarding academic and classroom-related matters.
- Support school events, activities, and assessments.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree; B.Ed./NTT/ECCE qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in preschool/school coordination will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and leadership skills.
- Comfortable handling teachers, parents, and academic responsibilities.
