Position: Academic Research & Content ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional Academic Research & Content Executive to join CDCubes. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their academic and research requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of research-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with students, PhD scholars, researchers, and faculty members.
- Understand client requirements related to thesis, dissertation, research papers, synopsis, and research projects.
- Coordinate with academic writers, researchers, data analysts, and technical experts.
- Follow up with clients regarding project requirements, feedback, and revisions.
- Maintain project status and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Assist clients with research topic selection and project planning.
- Handle inquiries and convert potential leads into clients.
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and service-related communication.
- Maintain client records and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive client experience.

Desired Skills




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of academic research and thesis/dissertation structure.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good internet research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Robust interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Sales or business development experience will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Research, Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Humanities may be preferred.

Experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic content, research support, sales, client coordination, or business development is preferred.

Salary Details
- Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- 1–3 Years Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- 3–5+ Years Experience: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000+ per month
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives may be provided based on lead conversion and monthly targets.
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
