Heritage Architects is looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer – Interior Design to join our design team in Dehradun.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D modelling, photorealistic rendering, interior visualization, lighting, materials, textures and space design. You will work closely with architects and interior designers to convert concepts, drawings and client requirements into realistic 3D visuals.

Candidates should have a valuable design sense, attention to detail and the ability to create high-quality interior renders for residential and commercial projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong skills in 3D modelling and interior rendering
- Good understanding of interior design, space planning and furniture placement
- Ability to create realistic materials, textures, lighting and environments
- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion or similar visualization software
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other image-editing software
- Ability to understand 2D plans, elevations and design drawings
- Good understanding of colours, materials, furniture, lighting and interior finishes
- Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A strong 3D visualization portfolio is required

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D interior models and photorealistic renders
- Convert AutoCAD drawings, sketches and design concepts into detailed 3D models
- Develop interior visualizations for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, hotels, commercial spaces and other projects
- Create realistic lighting, materials, textures and furniture arrangements
- Prepare different camera angles and presentation views for client approvals
- Work on ceiling designs, wall treatments, furniture concepts, flooring patterns and interior detailing




- Make design and rendering revisions based on architect or client feedback
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers to accurately represent design intent
- Assist in preparing client presentations and design proposals
- Maintain proper project files, models, textures and rendering assets
- Ensure consistency and quality in all visualization work
- Deliver projects according to assigned timelines

- Is comfortable taking feedback and making revisions
- Can independently handle 3D modelling and rendering assignments

- Has experience working with an architecture or interior-design firm

Education Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field such as:

Candidates with robust professional skills and an excellent portfolio may also be considered based on experience.
