We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Unreal Artist with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating high-quality 3D assets, environments, and visual experiences using Unreal Engine and Blender. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and artists to deliver immersive real-time experiences for games, simulations, AR/VR, or interactive applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, optimize, and integrate 3D assets and environments in Unreal Engine 5.
- Model, texture, and optimize assets using Blender.
- Develop realistic materials using Unreal Engine's Material Editor.
- Set up lighting, cameras, and post-processing to achieve high-quality visuals.
- Import, optimize, and troubleshoot assets, textures, and animations within Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure artistic and technical quality.
- Maintain performance standards by optimizing assets for real-time rendering.
- Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine features and industry trends.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as a 3D Artist/Unreal Artist.
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.
- Hands-on experience with Blender for modeling, UV mapping, and basic animation.
- Good understanding of PBR workflows, materials, lighting,



and rendering.
- Experience with asset optimization for real-time applications.
- Knowledge of level dressing and environment creation.
- Familiarity with importing assets from Blender into Unreal Engine.
- Understanding of version control tools such as Git or Perforce is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Game Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience with Quixel Megascans, Nanite, Lumen, or MetaHuman is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of animation, rigging, or Blueprints is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing Unreal Engine projects and Blender-created assets.
